Stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Chelsea/Flatiron District for the fifth or sixth time in the past two years. Had three rooms books for four nights each. All three rooms were very clean. Located us all on the same floor with an early check-in ... Problems were resolved within five minutes each time. Tried San Rocco (restaurant adjacent to hotel) for drinks/snacks. Nice and reasonably priced for the city. Aside from a great location and rate, the staff at Wyndham Chelsea are always very professional, polite, and friendly.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The best part is its location with the very handy yellow line right at the corner and Chelsea just blocks away. Strolls over to GramercyPark, Union Square, Herald Square, or Times Square are all excellent ways are filled with things to look at (and buy!) and an excellent way to see NYC. The design of the building, furniture, and interiors are all very modern and pleasing to the eye. Last but definitely not least, the staff there are happy and friendly people who are full of energy and a desire to help. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night with friends for a girls' night out. We were told about their free WiFi (wish I brought my laptop!) Our room was so cute and dainty. The beds were super comfortable, it felt like I slept on clouds. Our room and bathroom were clean and neat ... Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. My friends and I were traveling very light so we asked for the nearest drugstore in the area; surprisingly the hotel had extra amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, shaver, shaving cream, and deodorant. All we had to do was ask for it and they were delivered promptly. Excellent customer service. We had questions about places to eat and nightlife in the area which were all answered knowledgeably. The staff praised the Italian restaurant inside the hotel for happy hour which was an excellent recommendation. Free finger food sampling after purchasing a drink, what a steal!
